人民网北京10月16日电(记者车克猛)2024年3月，党中央、国务院就大规模更新装备和消费品贸易部署了一系列政策措施。从国家税务总局公布的增值税发票数据来看，政策实施以来，效果持续显现，有效强化了设备投资和消费增长。
一是工业企业设备更新总体良好。增值税发票数据显示，今年前三季度，工业企业购置机械设备产值同比增长9.4%。其中，高技术制造业保持良好增长势头，机械设备购置成本同比增长14%；电力、热力、燃气、制造业等购置机械设备的成本供给业同比增长10.5%。其中，热力管道改造加快，制造和供应业机械设备采购额同比增长16.4%。
二是信息技术产业设备升级投入加大。数据加税发票数据显示，今年前三季度，信息传递软件和信息技术服务、科学服务和技术服务采购机械设备货值同比分别增长26.8%和32.5%，反映出对新生产力领域的投入加大。
